| HARLEY's owner said that he was keeping them up all night miaowing and had started pulling his fur out. He has done neither of these things in his Paws for Life home. Constant miaowing and fur pulling can be a sign of stress. Harley (above) was born in 2006. |

HUCKLEBERRY (above) is a tall tabby and white FIV+ve boy. His age is unknown but he is a young adult, possibly born about 2002-3. He was picked up as an unneutered stray and his little op has now been done. He is affectionately known as Huckle, and is very friendly but happy being an only cat. HENRY (brown tabby, above) was born 1995. He is nervous with strangers at first but is very afectionate once he gets to know you. He was about to killed for no reason other than his age when he was 12 years old. Click here for more photos of Henry. |
Sweet little HOLLY (above) was found under a holly bush in mid May 2009. She seems deaf but she doesn't seem bothered by it (she will jump to very loud noises but that might just be the vibrations). She is thought to have been born about 2002-3. More of Holly here. |
HOWARD (formerly Timothy, above) is the brother of Pumbaa & Timone. Another one from the family living in the solicitors' back yard. |

Tabby girl HONEY (above), born in 2009, is one of the litter born in the garden of a solicitors' practice. Mum is Coco (formerly Wiselee). No larger image right photo. |

HARRY (right) was born in 2005. He has real personality and comes for cuddles but he needs to be the one in control. He loves to share take away food and his favourite food is cheesy wotsits. He is a junk food addict! He needs lots of space and likes to be outdoors. His owner emigrated so Harry is a Paws for Life cat now. More photos here. |
HARRISON (above right) came to us after being rescued from the street. The person who found him was leaving the country and tracked us down from outside London to ensure he would not be destroyed. Harrison is FIV+ve but is otherwise healthy. When he came to us he was very hissy and cross but after a few days he mellowed and enjoyed the company of people. |

Yet another tabby HENRY (left). This boy was born about 2005 and he is FIV+ve. He was rescued from life on the streets. His teeth were in a disgusting way and needed urgent attention. Now neutered and in a warm loving home, he is beginning to trust people and allow himself to be touched. Like most cats who come to us, they are terrified of contact at first but once they know that nobody is going to hurt them, they suddenly turn into the most affectionate creatures ever. Click here for more Henry. |
On the right - black & white HENRY's owners had to emigrate for job purposes and were unable to take him with them. Henry was Frank's companion but when they were going to be handed over to us, Henry did a runner. Thankfully six months later he was found safe and well but very skinny. The people who were feeding him fell in love with him so they adopted him. Thank goodness for micro chipping. Another pic of Henry here. |
